Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 to 2 years managerial experience preferred
- Ability to stand and walk extensively for up to 8 hours
- Ability to see at distance and close range
- Clear communication skills
- Ability to handle physical demands such as lifting up to 50 pounds, reaching, bending, walking

- Ability to work under pressure during busy periods
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic math calculations

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Assist General Manager in planning and analyzing administration and operations manpower
- Ensure all menu items are prepared, portioned, and presented properly according to company procedures and health regulations
- Perform or assist all functions for all positions in the restaurant when necessary
- Maintain compliance with productivity and service standards with well-trained employees
- Manage facility and equipment through preventive maintenance, energy conservation, repairs, security, and safety adherence
- Maintain inventory levels for food and non-food items through proper ordering and efficient usage
- Conduct employment activities including hiring, training, performance reviews, and salary recommendations
- Ensure accurate financial data management including payroll, cash handling, food costs, and operating expenses
- Resolve system breakdowns and achieve maximum guest satisfaction
- Attend unit management meetings and support goal achievement
- Train and develop non-exempt personnel directly supervised
