Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in food service or hospitality management preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Must be able to stand and move throughout restaurant for extended periods
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Legal age to serve alcohol according to state laws

Job Duties

  • Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
  • Enforcing compliance with all employment policies and overseeing cleanliness and safety
  • Providing or directing Front of House training
  • Managing performance of Front of House employees including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
  • Managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
  • Enforcing liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
  • Assisting with development of employees through daily feedback
  • Reviewing applications, interviewing, and recommending hiring
  • Directing employee work schedules and tasks
  • Creating a fun, safe environment through core values and incentives
  • Practicing safe food handling procedures
