Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum three years of previous restaurant experience
- management experience preferred
- successful completion of corporate training program
- ServSafe certification or passing score on ServSafe exam
- strong supervisory and leadership skills
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to manage and resolve customer complaints diplomatically
- proficiency in scheduling and staff management
- ability to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- physical ability to traverse the restaurant, stand and walk for prolonged periods, and lift up to 25 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent

- successful completion of corporate's 6-week training program
- passing score on the ServSafe exam or valid ServSafe certification
- strong supervisory and leadership skills
- excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service
- excellent time management skills
- excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- familiarity with food handling, safety, and other restaurant guidelines
- proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Job Duties
- Hires and trains FOH cafe staff
- organizes and oversees FOH staff schedules
- conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive
- handles progressive discipline of FOH employees in accordance with cafe policy
- ensures customer satisfaction with all aspects of the cafe and dining experience
- ensures compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards
- ensures all pertinent staff members have a current sanitation and safety certification
- handles customer complaints, resolving issues in a diplomatic and courteous manner
- ensures compliance with alcoholic beverage regulations
- manages inventory and purchases food and supplies when necessary
- maintains sales records and tracks cash receipts
- prepares and submits operations reports and other documentation as requested by General Manager
- performs other duties and support functions as assigned
