Job Requirements
- minimum high school education
- relevant experience in customer service or property management
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- valid driver’s license for some positions
- passing pre-employment screening including background check and drug test excluding marijuana
- physical ability to perform maintenance tasks for technician roles

- proven experience in property management or leasing sales
- strong customer service and communication skills
- ability to multitask and work independently

Job Duties
- manage daily operations of apartment communities
- conduct leasing tours and process applications
- respond promptly to resident maintenance requests
- develop and maintain positive resident relationships
- oversee the leasing and marketing of apartment homes
- coordinate maintenance schedules and vendor services
- ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
