- Relevant experience in property management, leasing, or maintenance preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members
- Basic computer proficiency
- Strong work ethic and reliability

Job Duties
- Manage and maintain apartment communities to ensure resident satisfaction
- Conduct leasing activities and promote available units to prospective residents
- Respond promptly to resident requests and maintenance issues
- Coordinate maintenance and repair work efficiently and effectively
- Oversee daily operations of the community including budgeting and staffing
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase occupancy rates
- Foster strong community relations and ensure compliance with company policies
