Job Requirements

  • prior experience in restaurant management
  • knowledge of employment policies and procedures
  • ability to lead and manage a team effectively

  • understanding of liquor laws and responsible alcohol service
  • capability to handle scheduling and operational tasks
  • willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • previous management experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills

  • experience in hiring and training employees
  • commitment to maintaining safety and cleanliness standards

Job Duties

  • Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
  • enforcing compliance with employment policies and overseeing cleanliness and safety
  • providing and directing Front of House training
  • managing performance of Front of House employees including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
  • managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
  • enforcing applicable liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
  • assisting with development of key employees through daily feedback
  • reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring Front of House employees
  • directing employee work including scheduling and task assignment
  • creating a fun and safe work environment through contests, theme nights, and incentives
  • understanding and practicing safe food handling procedures
