Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a restaurant management role
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Capability to enforce policies and standards effectively
- Must be at least 21 years old to manage liquor orders
- Ability to maintain a safe and clean work environment

Job Duties
- Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
- enforcing compliance with all employment policies and overseeing cleanliness and safety
- providing or directing all Front of House training
- managing performance of Front of House employees, including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
- managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
- enforcing applicable liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
- assisting development of key employees, assistant managers, and hourly employees by providing daily feedback
- reviewing applications, interviewing, and recommending hiring of Front of House employees
- directing work including setting hours, schedules, and assigning tasks
- creating a fun and safe environment by implementing contests, theme nights, and staff incentives
- understanding and practicing safe food handling procedures
