Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a restaurant management role
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Capability to enforce policies and standards effectively
  • Must be at least 21 years old to manage liquor orders
  • Ability to maintain a safe and clean work environment

  • Experience managing front of house employees in a restaurant environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledge of employment policies and safety regulations
  • Experience with staff training and performance evaluations
  • Ability to manage liquor orders and understand liquor laws

  • Proven ability to drive sales and enhance guest satisfaction

Job Duties

  • Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
  • enforcing compliance with all employment policies and overseeing cleanliness and safety
  • providing or directing all Front of House training
  • managing performance of Front of House employees, including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
  • managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
  • enforcing applicable liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
  • assisting development of key employees, assistant managers, and hourly employees by providing daily feedback
  • reviewing applications, interviewing, and recommending hiring of Front of House employees
  • directing work including setting hours, schedules, and assigning tasks
  • creating a fun and safe environment by implementing contests, theme nights, and staff incentives
  • understanding and practicing safe food handling procedures
