Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management or similar role
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations
  • Ability to manage and train a diverse team
  • Familiarity with liquor laws and responsible service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment

Job Duties

  • Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
  • Enforcing compliance with all employment policies and overseeing cleanliness and safety
  • Providing or directing all Front of House training
  • Managing performance of Front of House employees including performance evaluations and discipline
  • Managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
  • Enforcing applicable liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
  • Assisting with development of key employees, assistant managers, and hourly employees with daily feedback
  • Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring or recommending hiring of Front of House employees
  • Directing work for employees including setting hours, weekly schedules, and assigning tasks
  • Creating a fun, safe environment by following core values, operational goals, and implementing contests and staff incentives
  • Understanding and practicing safe food handling procedures
