Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management or similar role
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to manage and train a diverse team
- Familiarity with liquor laws and responsible service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment

Job Duties
- Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
- Enforcing compliance with all employment policies and overseeing cleanliness and safety
- Providing or directing all Front of House training
- Managing performance of Front of House employees including performance evaluations and discipline
- Managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
- Enforcing applicable liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
- Assisting with development of key employees, assistant managers, and hourly employees with daily feedback
- Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring or recommending hiring of Front of House employees
- Directing work for employees including setting hours, weekly schedules, and assigning tasks
- Creating a fun, safe environment by following core values, operational goals, and implementing contests and staff incentives
- Understanding and practicing safe food handling procedures
