Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in the food service industry
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of liquor laws and responsible alcohol service
- Physical ability to perform duties including standing for long periods
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings

Job Duties
- Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
- Enforcing compliance with all employment policies and overseeing cleanliness and safety
- Providing or directing all Front of House training
- Managing performance of Front of House employees, including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
- Managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
- Enforcing liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
- Assisting in the development of key employees through daily feedback and one-on-ones
- Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring Front of House employees
- Setting hours, creating schedules, and assigning tasks for employees
- Creating a fun and safe environment by implementing contests, theme nights, and incentives
- Understanding and practicing safe food handling procedures
