Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory or management role in the restaurant industry
- ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
- understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
- familiarity with scheduling and labor cost control
- strong organizational skills
- ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- valid work authorization in the United States

Job Duties
- Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
- enforcing compliance with employment policies
- overseeing cleanliness of restaurant and guest safety
- providing or directing all Front of House training
- managing performance of Front of House employees including performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline
- managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
- enforcing applicable liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
- assisting development of key employees, assistant managers, and hourly employees by providing daily feedback
- reviewing applications, interviewing, and recommending hiring of Front of House employees
- directing work for employees including scheduling and assigning tasks
- creating a fun, safe environment by following core values and operational goals and implementing contests, theme nights, and staff incentives
- understanding, managing, and practicing safe food handling procedures
