Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory or management role in the restaurant industry
  • ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
  • understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
  • familiarity with scheduling and labor cost control
  • strong organizational skills
  • ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • valid work authorization in the United States

Job Duties

  • Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
  • enforcing compliance with employment policies
  • overseeing cleanliness of restaurant and guest safety
  • providing or directing all Front of House training
  • managing performance of Front of House employees including performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline
  • managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
  • enforcing applicable liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
  • assisting development of key employees, assistant managers, and hourly employees by providing daily feedback
  • reviewing applications, interviewing, and recommending hiring of Front of House employees
  • directing work for employees including scheduling and assigning tasks
  • creating a fun, safe environment by following core values and operational goals and implementing contests, theme nights, and staff incentives
  • understanding, managing, and practicing safe food handling procedures
