Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management or similar role
  • familiarity with health and safety regulations
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • must be at least 18 years old

  • Previous management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry

Job Duties

  • Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
  • enforcing compliance with employment policies and overseeing cleanliness and safety
  • providing or directing Front of House training
  • managing performance of Front of House employees including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
  • managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
  • enforcing applicable liquor laws and responsible alcohol service guidelines
  • assisting with development of key employees by providing daily feedback
  • reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring Front of House employees
  • directing work schedules and assigning tasks
  • creating a fun and safe environment with contests, theme nights, and incentives
  • understanding and practicing safe food handling procedures
