Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of safe food handling procedures
- Ability to manage inventory and control costs

- Experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Knowledge of liquor laws and responsible alcohol service guidelines
- Proven track record in managing sales and guest satisfaction
- Ability to manage schedules and operational tasks effectively
Job Duties
- Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
- Enforcing compliance with all employment policies and overseeing cleanliness of restaurant and safety of guests at all times
- Providing or directing all Front of House training
- Managing performance of Front of House employees, including conducting performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline
- Managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
- Enforcing applicable liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
- Assisting with the development of all key employees, assistant managers, and hourly employees by providing daily feedback on performance during one-on-ones
