Job Requirements

  • High school degree
  • At least one year of management experience in a restaurant environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
  • Fluency in English
  • Capability to manage a team effectively
  • Knowledge of POS systems and scheduling tools
  • Commitment to maintaining high cleanliness and safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • At least one year of management experience as a service manager or similar role in the restaurant industry
  • Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid knowledge of restaurant operations including POS systems and scheduling tools
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering top-notch guest experiences
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
  • Fluent in English both verbal and written
  • Back of house experience is a plus

Job Duties

  • Manage and lead the front-of-house team ensuring smooth daily operations
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries concerns and feedback
  • Train mentor and motivate staff to maintain high service standards
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and serving teams to ensure seamless service
  • Oversee scheduling shift management and staff performance evaluations
  • Monitor inventory levels for front-of-house supplies and ensure timely replenishment
  • Enforce health safety and cleanliness standards
  • Assist in resolving operational challenges to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities for improving service and guest experience
