- Willingness to drive company-owned vehicles
Job Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Management experience preferred
- Experience in industrial sales or customer service preferred

Job Duties
- Directly manage and lead the customer-facing Service team
- Hire and conduct performance management of service staff
- Foster a safe and productive working environment
- Resolve customer-related issues efficiently
- Train team members on effective sales techniques
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and goodwill at customer sites
- Achieve sales, profit, inventory, and payroll targets
- Manage budgets and operational issues affecting service delivery
- Provide hands-on support by assisting in product pick-up and delivery
- Drive company-owned vehicles to customer locations
- Perform lifting, carrying, and other physical tasks as required
- Execute managerial duties including team leadership and performance oversight
