Job Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Availability to start within two weeks after offer acceptance
  • Ability to lift and carry products as required
  • Willingness to drive company-owned vehicles

Job Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Management experience preferred
  • Experience in industrial sales or customer service preferred
  • Availability to start within two weeks after offer acceptance

Job Duties

  • Directly manage and lead the customer-facing Service team
  • Hire and conduct performance management of service staff
  • Foster a safe and productive working environment
  • Resolve customer-related issues efficiently
  • Train team members on effective sales techniques
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and goodwill at customer sites
  • Achieve sales, profit, inventory, and payroll targets
  • Manage budgets and operational issues affecting service delivery
  • Provide hands-on support by assisting in product pick-up and delivery
  • Drive company-owned vehicles to customer locations
  • Perform lifting, carrying, and other physical tasks as required
  • Execute managerial duties including team leadership and performance oversight
