Job Requirements

  • Preferably, you have 2 years of restaurant or bar management experience
  • You have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations
  • You have a passion for training and developing your team

Job Duties

  • Oversee takeout operations and guest entry experience
  • Assist in managing shift operations
  • Coach team members to ensure tasks are performed effectively
  • Create legendary experiences for guests
  • Support safety and sanitation standards
  • Manage guest concerns and resolve issues promptly
  • Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to maintain operational flow
