Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior management or supervisory experience in the restaurant industry
  • familiarity with state liquor laws and responsible alcohol service
  • strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • ability to manage and train front of house staff
  • excellent communication skills
  • availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • knowledge of liquor laws and responsible alcohol service
  • ability to train, motivate, and develop team members
  • ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

Job Duties

  • Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
  • enforcing compliance with employment policies and overseeing cleanliness and safety
  • providing or directing front of house training
  • managing performance through evaluations, coaching, and discipline
  • managing liquor orders and controlling costs
  • enforcing liquor laws and responsible alcohol service guidelines
  • assisting with employee development through daily feedback
  • reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring front of house employees
  • directing work including scheduling and task assignments
  • creating a fun, safe environment and implementing contests and incentives
  • understanding and practicing safe food handling procedures
