Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior management or supervisory experience in the restaurant industry
- familiarity with state liquor laws and responsible alcohol service
- strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- ability to manage and train front of house staff
- excellent communication skills
- availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Duties
- Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
- enforcing compliance with employment policies and overseeing cleanliness and safety
- providing or directing front of house training
- managing performance through evaluations, coaching, and discipline
- managing liquor orders and controlling costs
- enforcing liquor laws and responsible alcohol service guidelines
- assisting with employee development through daily feedback
- reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring front of house employees
- directing work including scheduling and task assignments
- creating a fun, safe environment and implementing contests and incentives
- understanding and practicing safe food handling procedures
