Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a restaurant supervisory or management role
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Understanding of responsible alcohol service

Job Duties
- Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
- Enforcing compliance with employment policies and overseeing cleanliness and safety
- Providing and directing Front of House training
- Managing performance of Front of House employees including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
- Managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
- Enforcing liquor laws and responsible alcohol service guidelines
- Assisting in development of employees through feedback and one-on-ones
- Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring Front of House employees
- Scheduling and assigning tasks for employees before, during, and after restaurant hours
- Creating a fun, safe environment by implementing contests, theme nights, and staff incentives
- Practicing safe food handling procedures
