Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience managing Front of House operations in a restaurant
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Knowledge of safe food handling and safety standards
  • Commitment to upholding company policies and standards

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in a management role in the hospitality or restaurant industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of liquor laws and responsible alcohol service
  • Ability to drive sales and deliver outstanding guest service
  • Skilled in employee development and training
  • Competence in scheduling and operational management

Job Duties

  • Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
  • Enforcing compliance with employment policies and overseeing restaurant cleanliness and guest safety
  • Providing or directing all Front of House training
  • Managing performance of Front of House employees including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
  • Managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
  • Enforcing liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
  • Assisting with development of key employees through daily feedback during one-on-ones
  • Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring Front of House employees
  • Directing work including setting hours, schedules, and assigning tasks
  • Creating a fun, safe environment by following core values and implementing contests, theme nights, and incentives
  • Understanding and practicing safe food handling procedures
