Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience managing Front of House operations in a restaurant
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of safe food handling and safety standards
- Commitment to upholding company policies and standards
Job Qualifications
- Experience in a management role in the hospitality or restaurant industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of liquor laws and responsible alcohol service
- Ability to drive sales and deliver outstanding guest service
- Skilled in employee development and training
- Competence in scheduling and operational management
Job Duties
- Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
- Enforcing compliance with employment policies and overseeing restaurant cleanliness and guest safety
- Providing or directing all Front of House training
- Managing performance of Front of House employees including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
- Managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
- Enforcing liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
- Assisting with development of key employees through daily feedback during one-on-ones
- Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring Front of House employees
- Directing work including setting hours, schedules, and assigning tasks
- Creating a fun, safe environment by following core values and implementing contests, theme nights, and incentives
- Understanding and practicing safe food handling procedures
