Job Requirements

  • Preferably 2 years of restaurant or bar management experience
  • general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • responsible alcohol service
  • knowledge of safety and security systems and procedures
  • ability to coach and train team members
  • strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years of restaurant or bar management experience preferred
  • general knowledge of labor laws and health codes
  • understanding of safe food handling and sanitation practices
  • familiarity with responsible alcohol service
  • experience with safety and security systems and procedures
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • passion for training and developing team members

Job Duties

  • Oversee takeout operations and guest entry experience
  • assist in managing shift operations
  • coach team members to ensure tasks are performed effectively
  • ensure compliance with health codes and safety regulations
  • foster a positive work environment and motivate staff
  • manage customer service issues to ensure guest satisfaction
  • support continuous training and development of team members
