Job Requirements
- Preferably 2 years of restaurant or bar management experience
- general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
- responsible alcohol service
- knowledge of safety and security systems and procedures
- ability to coach and train team members
- strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years of restaurant or bar management experience preferred
- general knowledge of labor laws and health codes
- understanding of safe food handling and sanitation practices
- familiarity with responsible alcohol service
- experience with safety and security systems and procedures
- strong leadership and communication skills
- passion for training and developing team members
Job Duties
- Oversee takeout operations and guest entry experience
- assist in managing shift operations
- coach team members to ensure tasks are performed effectively
- ensure compliance with health codes and safety regulations
- foster a positive work environment and motivate staff
- manage customer service issues to ensure guest satisfaction
- support continuous training and development of team members
