Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years experience in restaurant management
- knowledge of front-of-house operations
- ability to manage and motivate teams
- excellent communication skills
- availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- compliance with all local and federal alcohol service regulations

Job Duties
- Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
- enforcing compliance with all employment policies and overseeing cleanliness and safety
- providing or directing all Front of House training
- managing performance of Front of House employees including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
- managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
- enforcing applicable liquor laws and responsible alcohol service guidelines
- assisting with development of employees through daily feedback and one-on-ones
- reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring or recommending hiring
- directing employee work schedules and task assignments
- creating a fun, safe work environment through core values, contests, and incentives
- understanding and practicing safe food handling procedures
