Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years experience in restaurant management
  • knowledge of front-of-house operations
  • ability to manage and motivate teams
  • excellent communication skills
  • availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • compliance with all local and federal alcohol service regulations

Job Duties

  • Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
  • enforcing compliance with all employment policies and overseeing cleanliness and safety
  • providing or directing all Front of House training
  • managing performance of Front of House employees including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
  • managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
  • enforcing applicable liquor laws and responsible alcohol service guidelines
  • assisting with development of employees through daily feedback and one-on-ones
  • reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring or recommending hiring
  • directing employee work schedules and task assignments
  • creating a fun, safe work environment through core values, contests, and incentives
  • understanding and practicing safe food handling procedures
