Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in food service or restaurant leadership
  • strong organizational and time management skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • excellent customer service orientation
  • knowledge of health and safety standards
  • valid liquor license or ability to obtain one

  • Experience in restaurant management or similar leadership roles
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to manage and motivate a team
  • knowledge of food safety and alcohol service regulations
  • leadership experience in hospitality or food service industry
  • capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently
  • problem-solving and decision-making skills

Job Duties

  • Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
  • enforcing compliance with employment policies and overseeing cleanliness and safety
  • providing or directing Front of House training
  • managing performance of Front of House employees, including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
  • managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
  • enforcing applicable liquor laws and responsible alcohol service guidelines
  • assisting with development of key employees and providing daily feedback
  • reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring Front of House employees
  • setting hours, creating weekly schedules, and assigning tasks
  • creating a fun, safe environment through core values, contests, theme nights, and incentives
  • understanding and managing safe food handling procedures
