Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food service or restaurant leadership
- strong organizational and time management skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- excellent customer service orientation
- knowledge of health and safety standards
- valid liquor license or ability to obtain one

- Experience in restaurant management or similar leadership roles
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to manage and motivate a team
- knowledge of food safety and alcohol service regulations
- leadership experience in hospitality or food service industry
- capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently

Job Duties
- Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
- enforcing compliance with employment policies and overseeing cleanliness and safety
- providing or directing Front of House training
- managing performance of Front of House employees, including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
- managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
- enforcing applicable liquor laws and responsible alcohol service guidelines
- assisting with development of key employees and providing daily feedback
- reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring Front of House employees
- setting hours, creating weekly schedules, and assigning tasks
- creating a fun, safe environment through core values, contests, theme nights, and incentives
- understanding and managing safe food handling procedures
