Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in the food service industry
  • Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests
  • Must be at least 18 years old

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Knowledge of liquor laws and responsible alcohol service practices
  • Experience in training and developing staff

Job Duties

  • Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
  • Enforcing compliance with all employment policies and overseeing cleanliness and safety
  • Providing or directing Front of House training
  • Managing performance of Front of House employees including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
  • Managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
  • Enforcing liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
  • Assisting in developing key employees through daily feedback and one-on-ones
  • Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring Front of House employees
  • Directing work schedules and task assignments
  • Creating a fun and safe environment by implementing contests, theme nights, and incentives
  • Understanding and practicing safe food handling procedures
