Job Requirements

- minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant or hospitality management
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- strong leadership and communication skills
- knowledge of safe food handling and alcohol service laws
- capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
- enforcing compliance with employment policies and overseeing cleanliness and safety
- providing or directing all Front of House training
- managing performance of Front of House employees including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
- managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
- enforcing liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
- developing key employees by providing daily feedback during one-on-ones
- reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring Front of House employees
- directing employee work schedules and tasks
- creating a fun, safe environment by following core values and implementing contests and incentives
- understanding and practicing safe food handling procedures
