Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a supervisory or management role in the restaurant industry
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • strong customer service orientation
  • knowledge of safe food handling procedures
  • ability to manage liquor inventory and cost control
  • capacity to conduct interviews, hire, and onboard staff

Job Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in restaurant management
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to manage and motivate a team
  • knowledge of liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
  • strong organizational and time management skills
  • experience with performance evaluations and employee coaching
  • capability to enforce health and safety standards

Job Duties

  • Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
  • enforcing compliance with all employment policies and overseeing cleanliness and safety
  • providing or directing all Front of House training
  • managing performance of Front of House employees including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
  • managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
  • enforcing applicable liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
  • assisting with development of key employees and providing daily feedback
  • reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring
  • directing employee work, setting schedules, and assigning tasks
  • creating a fun, safe environment by following core values and implementing contests and incentives
  • understanding and practicing safe food handling procedures
