Job Duties
- Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
- enforce compliance with employment policies and oversee cleanliness and safety
- provide or direct all Front of House training
- manage performance, conduct evaluations, coaching, and discipline of Front of House employees
- manage liquor orders and control liquor costs
- enforce liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
- assist with development of key employees, assistant managers, and hourly employees through daily feedback
- review applications, interview, and recommend hiring of Front of House employees
- set hours, create weekly schedules, and assign tasks before, during, and after restaurant hours
- create a fun, safe environment through contests, theme nights, and staff incentives
- understand and practice safe food handling procedures
