Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a management role within the restaurant or hospitality industry
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- valid identification for compliance with liquor laws
- capability to manage employee performance and conduct evaluations

- Experience in restaurant management or hospitality leadership
- strong understanding of customer service principles
- ability to lead and motivate a team
- knowledge of liquor laws and responsible alcohol service
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- proven ability to manage operational tasks including scheduling and inventory control

Job Duties
- Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
- enforcing compliance with employment policies and overseeing restaurant cleanliness and guest safety
- providing or directing Front of House training
- managing performance of Front of House employees including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
- managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
- enforcing applicable liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
- assisting with development of key employees, assistant managers, and hourly employees
- reviewing applications, conducting interviews, hiring or recommending hiring of Front of House employees
- directing work for employees including setting hours, schedules, and assigning tasks
- creating a fun, safe environment by following core values and operational goals and implementing contests, theme nights, and staff incentives
- understanding, managing, and practicing safe food handling procedures
