Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management or related role
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Ability to enforce employment policies and safety standards
- Strong coaching and performance management capability
- Familiarity with liquor inventory control and laws
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

- Previous management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Experience in staff training and development
- Knowledge of liquor laws and responsible alcohol service
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
- Enforcing compliance with employment policies and overseeing cleanliness and guest safety
- Providing and directing Front of House training
- Managing performance of Front of House employees including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
- Managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
- Enforcing applicable liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
- Assisting in the development of key employees through daily feedback
- Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring or recommending Front of House staff
- Directing employee work schedules and task assignments
- Creating a fun and safe work environment through contests, theme nights, and incentives
- Understanding and practicing safe food handling procedures
