Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management or related role
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Ability to enforce employment policies and safety standards
  • Strong coaching and performance management capability
  • Familiarity with liquor inventory control and laws
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in staff training and development
  • Knowledge of liquor laws and responsible alcohol service
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Job Duties

  • Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
  • Enforcing compliance with employment policies and overseeing cleanliness and guest safety
  • Providing and directing Front of House training
  • Managing performance of Front of House employees including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
  • Managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
  • Enforcing applicable liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
  • Assisting in the development of key employees through daily feedback
  • Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring or recommending Front of House staff
  • Directing employee work schedules and task assignments
  • Creating a fun and safe work environment through contests, theme nights, and incentives
  • Understanding and practicing safe food handling procedures
