- prior experience in restaurant or hospitality management
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
- enforcing compliance with employment policies
- overseeing cleanliness and guest safety
- providing and directing Front of House training
- managing performance of Front of House employees including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
- managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
- enforcing liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
- assisting with development of key employees through feedback and one-on-ones
- reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring or recommending hiring of Front of House employees
- directing work schedules and assigning tasks before, during, and after restaurant hours
- creating a fun and safe environment by following core values, implementing contests, theme nights, and incentives
- understanding and practicing safe food handling procedures
