Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous management experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- strong leadership and organizational skills
- excellent customer service orientation
- valid legal age to serve and manage alcohol
- ability to stand for extended periods
- effective verbal and written communication skills

- Experience in restaurant management or similar customer service leadership role
- strong communication and interpersonal skills

- knowledge of liquor laws and responsible service practices
- proficiency in managing schedules and employee performance

Job Duties
- Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
- enforcing compliance with employment policies and ensuring cleanliness and safety
- providing and directing Front of House training
- managing Front of House employee performance including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
- managing liquor orders and controlling costs
- enforcing liquor laws and responsible alcohol service guidelines
- assisting in employee development with daily feedback during one-on-ones
- reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring Front of House staff
- setting hours, schedules, and assigning employee tasks
- creating a fun and safe environment with contests, theme nights, and staff incentives
- managing safe food handling procedures
