Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous management experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • strong leadership and organizational skills
  • excellent customer service orientation
  • valid legal age to serve and manage alcohol
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • effective verbal and written communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in restaurant management or similar customer service leadership role
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to lead and motivate a team
  • knowledge of liquor laws and responsible service practices
  • proficiency in managing schedules and employee performance
  • problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • basic understanding of food safety standards

Job Duties

  • Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
  • enforcing compliance with employment policies and ensuring cleanliness and safety
  • providing and directing Front of House training
  • managing Front of House employee performance including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
  • managing liquor orders and controlling costs
  • enforcing liquor laws and responsible alcohol service guidelines
  • assisting in employee development with daily feedback during one-on-ones
  • reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring Front of House staff
  • setting hours, schedules, and assigning employee tasks
  • creating a fun and safe environment with contests, theme nights, and staff incentives
  • managing safe food handling procedures
