Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in restaurant management or supervisory position
- strong leadership and communication skills
- knowledge of local liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
- enforcing compliance with employment policies and overseeing cleanliness and safety
- providing or directing Front of House training
- managing performance of Front of House employees including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
- managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
- enforcing liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
- assisting with development of key employees through daily feedback
- reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring Front of House employees
- directing work schedules and tasks for employees
- creating a fun and safe work environment through core values, contests, and incentives
- practicing safe food handling procedures
