Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant or hospitality management
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Valid alcohol service certification if applicable
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Basic computer skills
  • Must be at least 18 years old

  • Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively

Job Duties

  • Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
  • Enforcing compliance with employment policies and overseeing cleanliness and safety
  • Providing or directing Front of House training
  • Managing performance of Front of House employees including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
  • Managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
  • Enforcing liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
  • Assisting in employee development through daily feedback and coaching
  • Conducting hiring processes including reviewing applications and interviewing candidates
  • Setting employee hours and weekly schedules and assigning work tasks
  • Creating a fun and safe work environment with contests, theme nights, and incentives
  • Practicing safe food handling procedures
