Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant or hospitality management
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Valid alcohol service certification if applicable
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Basic computer skills
- Must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties
- Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
- Enforcing compliance with employment policies and overseeing cleanliness and safety
- Providing or directing Front of House training
- Managing performance of Front of House employees including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
- Managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
- Enforcing liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
- Assisting in employee development through daily feedback and coaching
- Conducting hiring processes including reviewing applications and interviewing candidates
- Setting employee hours and weekly schedules and assigning work tasks
- Creating a fun and safe work environment with contests, theme nights, and incentives
- Practicing safe food handling procedures
