Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management or related role
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Valid alcohol service certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lead and develop a team
- Commitment to maintaining safety and cleanliness standards

- Proven leadership experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a team
- Knowledge of liquor laws and responsible alcohol service
- Experience with employee training and performance management
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
- Enforcing compliance with all employment policies and overseeing cleanliness and safety
- Providing or directing all Front of House training
- Managing performance of Front of House employees including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
- Managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
- Enforcing liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
- Assisting with development of key employees through daily feedback and performance reviews
- Reviewing applications, interviewing, and recommending hiring of Front of House staff
- Directing work including scheduling and task assignment
- Creating a fun, safe environment through core values, contests, and incentives
- Understanding and practicing safe food handling procedures
