Job Requirements

  • Preferably 2 years of restaurant or bar management experience
  • General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and safety and security protocols
  • Passion for training and developing team members
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of restaurant or bar management experience preferred
  • General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and safety and security systems
  • Strong passion for training and developing team members
  • Effective communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage shift operations and resolve conflicts professionally

Job Duties

  • Oversee takeout operations and guest entry experience
  • Assist in managing shift operations
  • Coach team members to ensure tasks are performed effectively
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and safety procedures
  • Foster a positive and energetic work environment
  • Manage responsible alcohol service and security protocols
  • Contribute to creating legendary guest experiences
