Job Requirements
- Preferably 2 years of restaurant or bar management experience
- General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
- Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and safety and security protocols
- Passion for training and developing team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt

- Assist in managing shift operations

- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and safety procedures
