Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a restaurant supervisory or management role
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to comply with all safety and sanitation regulations
- Legal age to serve and manage alcohol
- Eligible to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
- Enforcing compliance with employment policies and overseeing cleanliness and safety
- Providing or directing Front of House training
- Managing performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline of Front of House employees
- Managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
- Enforcing liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
- Assisting with development of key employees and managers
- Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring Front of House employees
- Directing work schedules and assigning tasks
- Creating a fun, safe, and motivating work environment
- Understanding and practicing safe food handling procedures
