- prior experience in food service or restaurant management
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Duties
- Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
- enforcing compliance with employment policies and overseeing cleanliness and guest safety
- providing or directing all Front of House training
- managing performance of Front of House employees including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
- managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
- enforcing liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
- assisting with the development of key employees by providing daily feedback
- reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring or recommending hiring of Front of House employees
- directing work for employees including setting hours and schedules and assigning tasks
- creating a fun, safe environment by following core values and operational goals and implementing contests, theme nights, and incentives
- understanding, managing, and practicing safe food handling procedures
