Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a management role in the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • ability to manage a team effectively
  • knowledge of safe food handling and safety regulations
  • valid work authorization
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
  • enforcing compliance with employment policies
  • overseeing cleanliness and safety of the restaurant
  • providing or directing all Front of House training
  • managing performance of Front of House employees including performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline
  • managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
  • enforcing applicable liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
  • assisting with the development of key employees and providing daily performance feedback
  • reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring or recommending hiring of Front of House employees
  • directing work including setting hours, weekly schedules, and assigning tasks
  • creating a fun, safe environment by implementing contests, theme nights, and incentives
  • understanding and practicing safe food handling procedures
