Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of two years experience in restaurant management or related field
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • strong leadership and organizational skills
  • excellent communication abilities
  • ability to enforce policies and maintain safety standards
  • knowledge of food handling procedures
  • legally eligible to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • proven leadership experience in restaurant or hospitality management
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • knowledge of liquor laws and responsible alcohol service
  • ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
  • experience in scheduling and shift planning

Job Duties

  • Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
  • enforcing compliance with all employment policies and overseeing cleanliness and safety
  • providing or directing all Front of House training
  • managing performance of Front of House employees including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
  • managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
  • enforcing liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
  • assisting with development of key employees through daily feedback and one-on-ones
