Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- preferably 2 years restaurant or bar management experience
- knowledge of labor laws, health codes, and safe food handling practices
- ability to coach and lead team members
- excellent communication skills
- ability to multitask and manage shift operations
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Preferably have 2 years of restaurant or bar management experience
- general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations
- passion for training and developing team members
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Job Duties
- Oversee takeout operations and guest entry experience
- assist in managing shift operations
- coach and develop team members to ensure effective task performance
- create legendary guest experiences by maintaining high service standards
- ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and safety procedures
- manage responsible alcohol service and safety systems
- support team collaboration and continuous learning environment
