Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- valid server or manager certification if required
- ability to lift and move moderate weights
- strong problem-solving skills
- ability to handle stressful situations calmly

Job Duties
- Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
- enforcing compliance with all employment policies and overseeing cleanliness and safety
- providing or directing all Front of House training
- managing performance, evaluations, coaching, and discipline of Front of House employees
- managing liquor orders and controlling costs
- enforcing liquor laws and responsible alcohol service guidelines
- assisting with employee development and providing daily feedback
- reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring Front of House employees
- directing work schedules and assigning tasks
- creating a fun, safe environment with contests and incentives
- practicing safe food handling procedures
