Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • valid server or manager certification if required
  • ability to lift and move moderate weights
  • strong problem-solving skills
  • ability to handle stressful situations calmly

Job Duties

  • Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
  • enforcing compliance with all employment policies and overseeing cleanliness and safety
  • providing or directing all Front of House training
  • managing performance, evaluations, coaching, and discipline of Front of House employees
  • managing liquor orders and controlling costs
  • enforcing liquor laws and responsible alcohol service guidelines
  • assisting with employee development and providing daily feedback
  • reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring Front of House employees
  • directing work schedules and assigning tasks
  • creating a fun, safe environment with contests and incentives
  • practicing safe food handling procedures
