Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in restaurant or food service management
  • knowledge of frontline hospitality operations
  • ability to enforce policies and compliance standards
  • strong leadership and coaching abilities
  • legal age to serve alcohol
  • excellent customer service skills
  • availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in restaurant management or similar supervisory role
  • strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • knowledge of liquor laws and responsible service
  • ability to train and develop staff
  • excellent communication and organizational skills
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • familiarity with food safety standards
  • proficiency in scheduling and employee performance management

Job Duties

  • Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
  • enforcing compliance with all employment policies and overseeing cleanliness and safety
  • providing or directing all Front of House training
  • managing performance of Front of House employees including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
  • managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
  • enforcing applicable liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
  • assisting in development of key employees by providing daily feedback
  • reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring Front of House employees
  • directing work including scheduling and task assignment
  • creating a fun, safe environment by following core values and implementing staff incentives
  • understanding and practicing safe food handling procedures
