Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in restaurant or food service management
- knowledge of frontline hospitality operations
- ability to enforce policies and compliance standards
- strong leadership and coaching abilities
- legal age to serve alcohol
- excellent customer service skills
- availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
- enforcing compliance with all employment policies and overseeing cleanliness and safety
- providing or directing all Front of House training
- managing performance of Front of House employees including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
- managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
- enforcing applicable liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
- assisting in development of key employees by providing daily feedback
- reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring Front of House employees
- directing work including scheduling and task assignment
- creating a fun, safe environment by following core values and implementing staff incentives
- understanding and practicing safe food handling procedures
