Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a supervisory role in restaurant or hospitality industry
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • strong organizational skills
  • customer service orientation
  • basic computer skills
  • legal age to serve alcohol

Job Duties

  • Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
  • enforcing compliance with all employment policies and overseeing cleanliness and safety
  • providing or directing all Front of House training
  • managing performance of Front of House employees including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
  • managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
  • enforcing applicable liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
  • assisting with development of key employees, assistant managers, and hourly employees with daily feedback
  • reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring Front of House employees
  • directing work including setting hours, scheduling, and assigning tasks
  • creating a fun and safe environment through core values, contests, theme nights, and incentives
  • understanding and managing safe food handling procedures
