Job Requirements

  • Two years of experience in restaurant or bar management preferably
  • knowledge of labor laws and health codes
  • understanding of safe food handling and sanitation procedures
  • experience with responsible alcohol service
  • familiarity with safety and security protocols
  • ability to operate computer systems
  • passion for staff training and development
