Job Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience in food and beverage or club management
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of fine dining service standards and banquet operations
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Experience with POS and office software
- Understanding of cost control and labor management
- Commitment to uphold health safety and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications

- Proven leadership and supervisory skills in a food and beverage setting
- Strong communication and customer service abilities with a focus on member satisfaction
- Knowledge of fine dining service standards banquet operations and upscale hospitality practices
- Ability to prioritize manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Strong organizational time management and problem-solving skills
- Experience with POS systems and standard office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Understanding of cost control inventory and labor management principles
Job Duties
- Manage and direct all front-of-house food and beverage operations including dining service banquets and special events at multiple club locations
- Recruit train schedule and supervise service staff to ensure high service standards
- Conduct daily team meetings and provide coaching support and feedback to enhance staff performance
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Events Manager to ensure timely and coordinated service delivery
- Monitor inventory levels assist with ordering and help manage labor and operational expenses within budget
- Respond to member inquiries feedback and concerns with professionalism and attention to detail
- Oversee setup and breakdown of dining and event spaces to align with club expectations
- Ensure all food service areas comply with health safety and sanitation standards
- Implement and maintain training procedures and service protocols
