Job Requirements

- prior experience in restaurant or hospitality industry
- proven leadership abilities
- familiarity with food safety standards

Job Duties
- Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
- enforce compliance with employment policies and oversee restaurant cleanliness and guest safety
- provide or direct all Front of House training
- manage performance through evaluations, coaching, and discipline
- control liquor orders and costs
- enforce liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
- develop key employees through daily feedback and coaching sessions
- review applications and participate in hiring decisions
- direct employee scheduling and task assignments
- create a fun and safe environment by implementing contests, theme nights, and staff incentives
- understand and practice safe food handling procedures
