Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in restaurant or hospitality industry
  • proven leadership abilities
  • familiarity with food safety standards
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • capability to manage multiple priorities

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a restaurant management role
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • knowledge of Front of House operations and guest service standards
  • ability to manage and train a diverse team
  • understanding of liquor laws and responsible alcohol service
  • skills in scheduling and performance management
  • ability to foster a positive and engaging work culture

Job Duties

  • Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
  • enforce compliance with employment policies and oversee restaurant cleanliness and guest safety
  • provide or direct all Front of House training
  • manage performance through evaluations, coaching, and discipline
  • control liquor orders and costs
  • enforce liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
  • develop key employees through daily feedback and coaching sessions
  • review applications and participate in hiring decisions
  • direct employee scheduling and task assignments
  • create a fun and safe environment by implementing contests, theme nights, and staff incentives
  • understand and practice safe food handling procedures
