Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management or similar role
  • strong organizational skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • ability to lead a team effectively
  • knowledge of employment policies and food safety regulations
  • responsible alcohol service certification preferred
  • ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Duties

  • Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
  • enforcing compliance with employment policies and overseeing restaurant cleanliness and guest safety
  • providing or directing all Front of House training
  • managing performance of Front of House employees including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
  • managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
  • enforcing liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
  • assisting with development of key employees by providing daily feedback
  • reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring Front of House employees
  • directing work schedules and tasks
  • creating a fun, safe environment by implementing contests, theme nights, and incentives
  • understanding and practicing safe food handling procedures
