Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management or similar role
- strong organizational skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- ability to lead a team effectively
- knowledge of employment policies and food safety regulations
- responsible alcohol service certification preferred
- ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Duties
- Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
- enforcing compliance with employment policies and overseeing restaurant cleanliness and guest safety
- providing or directing all Front of House training
- managing performance of Front of House employees including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
- managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
- enforcing liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
- assisting with development of key employees by providing daily feedback
- reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring Front of House employees
- directing work schedules and tasks
- creating a fun, safe environment by implementing contests, theme nights, and incentives
- understanding and practicing safe food handling procedures
