Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a supervisory role in hospitality or retail
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- knowledge of Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
- strong organizational and multitasking skills

Job Duties
- Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
- enforcing compliance with employment policies and overseeing cleanliness and safety
- providing or directing Front of House training
- managing performance including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
- managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
- enforcing liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
- assisting with employee development through one-on-one feedback
