Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in restaurant management or similar role
- Proven leadership abilities
- Familiarity with employment policies and compliance
- Knowledge of liquor cost control and responsible alcohol service
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

- Previous management experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety and liquor laws
- Ability to manage a team and drive sales

Job Duties
- Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
- Enforcing compliance with employment policies and overseeing cleanliness and safety
- Providing or directing all Front of House training
- Managing performance of Front of House employees including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
- Managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
- Enforcing applicable liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
- Assisting with development of key employees and providing daily feedback
- Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring Front of House employees
- Directing work for employees including scheduling and task assignment
- Creating a fun, safe environment by following core values and implementing contests and incentives
- Understanding and practicing safe food handling procedures
