Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience in restaurant management or similar role
  • Proven leadership abilities
  • Familiarity with employment policies and compliance
  • Knowledge of liquor cost control and responsible alcohol service
  • Strong communication and coaching skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • Previous management experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and liquor laws
  • Ability to manage a team and drive sales
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Passion for providing excellent guest service

Job Duties

  • Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
  • Enforcing compliance with employment policies and overseeing cleanliness and safety
  • Providing or directing all Front of House training
  • Managing performance of Front of House employees including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
  • Managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
  • Enforcing applicable liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
  • Assisting with development of key employees and providing daily feedback
  • Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring Front of House employees
  • Directing work for employees including scheduling and task assignment
  • Creating a fun, safe environment by following core values and implementing contests and incentives
  • Understanding and practicing safe food handling procedures
