Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 2-4 years of high-level service experience
  • proven experience in training, coaching, and developing service teams
  • strong understanding of fine dining service techniques, wine service, and hospitality etiquette
  • previous management or supervisory experience in a fine dining or luxury hospitality environment
  • hotel or luxury resort dining experience is a plus
  • excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
  • passion for hospitality, attention to detail, and guest satisfaction

Job Duties

  • lead, mentor, and supervise front-of-house service staff, ensuring consistent execution of fine dining service standards
  • deliver and maintain an elevated guest experience, anticipating needs and resolving concerns with professionalism and discretion
  • design, implement, and conduct ongoing service training programs, including onboarding, service standards, and guest engagement
  • maintain detailed knowledge of menu offerings, wine and beverage programs, and service sequences
  • collaborate closely with Executive Chef, Sommelier, and Management team to ensure seamless service operations
  • oversee reservations, floor plans, pacing, and staffing levels to optimize guest flow and service quality
  • uphold all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
