Job Qualifications
- minimum of 2-4 years of high-level service experience
- proven experience in training, coaching, and developing service teams
- strong understanding of fine dining service techniques, wine service, and hospitality etiquette
- previous management or supervisory experience in a fine dining or luxury hospitality environment
- hotel or luxury resort dining experience is a plus
- excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
- passion for hospitality, attention to detail, and guest satisfaction
Job Duties
- lead, mentor, and supervise front-of-house service staff, ensuring consistent execution of fine dining service standards
- deliver and maintain an elevated guest experience, anticipating needs and resolving concerns with professionalism and discretion
- design, implement, and conduct ongoing service training programs, including onboarding, service standards, and guest engagement
- maintain detailed knowledge of menu offerings, wine and beverage programs, and service sequences
- collaborate closely with Executive Chef, Sommelier, and Management team to ensure seamless service operations
- oversee reservations, floor plans, pacing, and staffing levels to optimize guest flow and service quality
- uphold all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
