Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in high-level service
  • Proven experience in training and developing service teams
  • Knowledge of fine dining service techniques and wine service
  • Previous management or supervisory experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality
  • Experience in hotel or luxury resort dining preferred
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Ability to work well under pressure and remain professional
  • Willingness to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Lead, mentor, and supervise front-of-house service staff, ensuring consistent execution of fine dining service standards
  • Deliver and maintain an elevated guest experience, anticipating needs and resolving concerns with professionalism and discretion
  • Design, implement, and conduct ongoing service training programs, including onboarding, service standards, and guest engagement
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of menu offerings, wine and beverage programs, and service sequences
  • Collaborate closely with Executive Chef, Sommelier, and Management team to ensure seamless service operations
  • Oversee reservations, floor plans, pacing, and staffing levels to optimize guest flow and service quality
  • Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Model exemplary hospitality, appearance, and service etiquette at all times
  • Assist with performance evaluations, scheduling, and team development
  • Support special events, private dining, and VIP guest experiences
