Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
  • must be at least 21 years old to operate company vehicle
  • able to move, stand, stoop and bend freely
  • able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
  • pass a 10 panel drug screen
  • background check
  • experience in maintenance and repair
  • experience leading teams
  • able to respond to customer inquiries promptly
  • available for extended hours and on-call weekends

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • trade school certificate preferred
  • experience in field service, maintenance and repair preferred
  • experience leading maintenance teams
  • valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
  • three years of maintenance and service experience
  • strong interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • knowledge of the rental industry or related construction field
  • superior customer service and communication skills
  • adaptable to fast-paced environments
  • competitive yet team oriented
  • ability to stay up-to-date with latest EquipmentShare products

Job Duties

  • Coordinate and supervise quality performance of equipment mechanics and service personnel
  • schedule repairs for customer and company owned rental equipment
  • maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction
  • promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints or other communications
  • provide employee training and development and maintain a safe work environment
  • create, assign, and monitor work orders using technology
  • order parts and diagnose issues using data analytics
  • other duties as assigned
